Framework to provide a context for new proposals, including development at Western Riverside.

The framework set out future retail scenarios and ways in which neglected parts of the city centre could be brought back into more active use. A series of workshops were held with technical officers to ensure the ideas were grounded and realistic. The final report looked at the relationship between the city and the river, public realm improvements and developed a transport strategy.
