This development on the edge of Bicester is a key part of the growth strategy for the region. Richard Eastham was responsible for the public consultation and the Design and Planning Framework, agreed jointly by the authority and the developer. He also drafted the illustrative master plan, the supporting rationale diagrams and the Design & Access Statement (DAS) that all comprised part of the outline application.
