Master planning advice to guide the future of the Bournemouth University.
The university has land holdings on two separate sites and required advice on consolidation versus expansion on two campus sites. The strategy recommended that the contrasting qualities of its town centre and parkland sites be celebrated to offer the ‘best of both’ to potential students. The town centre aspect of the master plan directly influenced the University’s estate department investment decisions.L-R | Existing university estate in blue; opportunity sites in yellow; connecting the campus in red; Main image - the town centre campus.
