Master plan to meet the challenge of renewing an industrial area on the edge of Oldham.

The aim was to encourage new high-value knowledge-based industries to cluster around an existing high-tech employer. The work required an analysis of the area to show how the area can reconnect to its surroundings in a positive way. A series of 3-D visualisations were created to express the potential of the area.
