Localism and community planning.

Feria Urbanism worked with Inspire East and Foundation East to support a local community planning group. The imminent closure of the town's middle school is a sad loss for the town but does release an opportunity site that could deliver a range of new sports and community uses.

Members of the Halesworth Town Plan team, Waveney District Council and Suffolk County Council all contributed ideas that helped create a vision and a concept plan. The concept plan was prepared by Feria to help map out possible delivery mechanisms, including phasing and land swaps to ensure any development is both efficient and effective.
