Mentoring and support for local authority urban design officer.

Feria has provided support to the Havant Borough Council design officer. Guidance and advice covered a variety of topics including development control responses; the drafting of design policy; how to handle a pre-application discussion and how to critique and assess submitted plans and drawings. This support laster over a year and has been well-received by both the design officer and senior staff.
