How should a small north Devon coastal town look to the future? 

This project identified new development sites and showed how they could integrate with the more successful parts of the town. Topography and access were critical issues. New quayside development was promoted along with a pedestrian bridge link across the harbour to deliver more routes around the burgeoning restaurant quarter.
