Design framework for the heart of Lancashire.

Feria conducted an assessment of the city centre both day and night and developed a spatial framework with distinct night time quarters to be developed in advance of the proposed Tithebarn regeneration project. The compact nature of the city centre allowed for a concept of ‘hubs and spokes’ to be developed with key streets leading to the areas identified for new investment. Click here to read a testament.
