Richard Eastham organises and leads a three-day Enquiry by Design (EbD) event.

This three-day event for over 100 participants was a key part of the delivery a master plan for a brown-field mixed-use scheme on the 85 hectare Locking Parklands site outside Weston-super-Mare for English Partnerships and the South West Regional Development Agency. The local people who participated in the event valued the exercise enormously and eventually felt that the final plan was as much ‘theirs’ as it was the developers.
