Specialist design advice to the South Gloucestershire Council planning team.
Feria provided design inputs on a wide range of topics, including advice on development in Conservation Areas, on Listed Building consent, on new residential and mixed-use schemes, on large employment allocations; and on new hotel projects. We also conducted a ‘pattern book assessment’ of rural settlements and gave expert witness evidence on design matters on behalf of the authority at public inquiry. This advice was valued by the team in South Gloucestershire.
